积水化成品工业10月28日宣布，决定在集团子公司积水化成品滋贺用地内建设聚合物微粒子「Tekpolymers」新制造装置，投资约30亿日元，计划2030年4月投运。核心增量需求来自生成AI普及与数据中心扩建带动的半导体电子材料——中空结构、低介电的HS系列已被半导体封装材料、覆铜板、电路基板油墨 filler 采用。该公司将Tekpolymers定位为2030年度中长期经营战略中牵引业务组合变革的成长业务之一。
Doosan announced an investment of 968.4 billion won (approximately 700 million USD) to expand high-end copper-clad laminate (CCL) capacity in South Korea and China, meeting NVIDIA-class AI chip substrate demand driven by the AI data center boom. Of this, about 420 billion won will be used to expand CCL production lines for optical modules in South Korea, with the remainder invested in a new factory in Changshu, China, with production ramping up from 2028.

KED Global 9月17日报道，斗山公司宣布投资9684亿韩元（约7亿美元）扩大高端覆铜板（CCL）生产，CCL是AI芯片基板的关键材料，斗山作为英伟达供应商拟在韩国及中国常熟扩建产能，以应对全球AI基建热潮。斗山同时宣布22亿美元库藏股注销计划。
